刘健，男，工学博士，硕士生导师，IEEE/ CCF/CAA会员、中国人工智能学会会员、中国振动工程学会会员。2020年与2021年连续两次荣获度南京财经大学“先进工作者”称号，2021年度江苏省高校优秀科技创新团队，2019年南京财经大学“青年学者支持计划”入选对象。荣获Computer Networks、Journal of Computational Science、Physica A等多个Elsevier学术期刊杰出审稿人（Outstanding Reviewer）。近年来主要研究方向为计算机技术与应用、网络化控制系统及其安全、智能信息处理及应用、大数据分析与决策、非线性系统共振及其信号/图像增强、基于随机共振的非线性动力学系统建模与性能分析。主持国家级、省部级和市厅级等各类研究课题6项，以第1作者/通讯作者身份发表高水平期刊论文10余篇。
