Jinliang Liu (Senior Member, IEEE) received the Ph.D. degree in control theory and control engineering from the School of Information Science and Technology, Donghua University, Shanghai, China, in 2011.
From Jun. 2011 to May 2023, he held successive academic positions of Lecturer (Jun. 2011–Aug. 2013), Associate Professor (Aug. 2013–Jul. 2019), and Professor (Jul. 2019–May 2023) with Nanjing University of Finance and Economics, Nanjing, China. From Dec. 2013 to Jun. 2016, he was a Postdoctoral Research Associate with the School of Automation, Southeast University, Nanjing, China. From Oct. 2016 to Oct. 2017, he was a Visiting Researcher with the Department of Mechanical Engineering, The University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong. From Nov. 2017 to Jan. 2018, he was a Visiting Scholar with the Department of Electrical Engineering, Yeungnam University, Gyeongsan, South Korea. In Jun. 2023, he joined the School of Computer Science, Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology, Nanjing, China, where he is currently a Professor. His current research interests include cyber-physical systems, autonomous systems, reinforcement learning, and game theory.
Dr. Liu has served as an Editorial Board Member for Electronics since Feb. 2020 and Complex Engineering Systems since Jul. 2021. He has been consecutively listed in the Elsevier Chinese Most Cited Researchers from 2020 to 2025, and the Stanford University Top 2% Scientists Worldwide from 2022 to 2025. He is currently an Associate Editor for the IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON INTELLIGENT VEHICLES (T-IV), starting from Jul. 2026.
Lijuan Zha received the B.S. degree in mathematics and applied mathematics from Xinyang Normal University, Xinyang, China, in 2008, the M.S. degree in applied mathematics from Nanjing Normal University, Nanjing, China, in 2011, and the Ph.D. degree in control science and engineering from Donghua University, Shanghai, China, in 2018.
From December 2017 to October 2021, she served as a Lecturer with the College of Information Engineering, Nanjing University of Finance and Economics, Nanjing, China. From October 2021 to March 2024, she was promoted to Associate Professor at the same school. From 2018 to 2023, she was a Post-Doctoral Research Associate with the School of Mathematics, Southeast University, Nanjing, China. Since March 2024, she has been a Professor with the College of Science, Nanjing Forestry University, Nanjing, China. Her current research interests include networked control, autonomous systems, data-driven technologies, and game theory.
